Rental conditions

The house is

» rented as a single unit also in those cases where the number of guests is less than the maximum allowed, that is 10 people.

For the house:

» we'll take care of the cleaning and the change of sheets and towels, but we do not offer meals. Palazzolo is a self-catering accommodation.

The rental period of the house:

» is generally on weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday).

The seasons

Peak season:

Consists of July and August and the two week period around Christmas and New Year.

Medium season:

Includes, the two week period around Easter and the period from the opening of the swimming-pool [from middle of May until Septem­ber], of course excluding the weeks of the peak season.

Low season:

All other months.

Rental prices vary from:

» A minimum of 1400€ per week to a a maximum of 2500€ per week, depending of the season, length of the stay, and requested services, possibile promotions, etc.

» During the cold period heating cost is charged separately according to the consumption of heating gas.

» A cautional deposit is required, but it will be returned after the stay if every­thing is in order at the end of the stay.
